First off I am not sure if this idea has been brought up before, and if there is another topic on the subject feel free to close mine.
I believe a search bar in S/A forum will be very helpful in dealing with traders, especially those you do not know.
Example -
Having the power to search for someone before a trade, especially if you're trading items which are known to poof, you can see weather or not this user has a history of poofing items.
