it happend few times to me

someone send me a pm,
messages are +1, but when i open pm box, nothing new is there, but in trash is +1 pm and i cant open it fromm trash !

it happenings me all new pms are geeting this bug. because i have empty pm box. just few archived and few sent rafts.
but box of received pms is empty
