Not 100% sure if this had been suggested or not.
But i am suggesting we need a place weather it be in the inbox or your freinds list that you can search for members on the site.
Because so far the only way i know how is to add them to address book then go find there name then you may visit there profile.
So maybe adding a member search box would help
