If you have just one account , you dont have to care about it. Just move on and ignore it.

If he is accusing you falsely you have nothing to fear.
If the user is harassing you with PMs, use the block funtcion: http://forums.d2jsp.org/pm.php?c=14
If the user is spamming and/or flaming in your topics, use the report post function and ignore him.
If he persists, collect the evidence (link to spam/flame posts) and pm them to a Junior Moderator: http://forums.d2jsp.org/staff.php?g=20
