no that is the place where you add people to your address book
is there not a link for like search account where you simply type the acc and it brings you to a list of accounts the same as or similar to what you typed?

This was brought up before, and I think it was denied because searching through every user on d2jsp would create quite a bit of site latency. There are a lot of accounts, and searching would bring up a lot of users.
