Can't you PM a buddy to bump it for you and that allows you to post sooner yourself. I see people do it all the time. Seems like it's not needed.

If you would be able to pay a certain amount of forum gold in order to early bump your topic, the topics would only disappear faster as of the reason that a lot of people would be able to afford it.

People could easily make new topics and ask friends and such (even if it's not legit).

So I guess no1 would use this anyway. And 4h is fine.
