Recently I got closed 2 trophy topics because there were 1 dupe item and one socketed unique:

Imo this rule is not fair: I understand that isn't allowed to post a topic with only dupes/uniques because they're not trophies and they don't deserve to be there..
but closing a post because there're 1 or 2 dupes/unique is senseless: in classic (and I think in lod too) some builds need unique items (magefist/sojs/bloodfist) and top-line builds need dupes too.. in classic some dupes are so rare that they worth more than legits! So imo we should be able to post our build even if there are non-trophy items in them like uniques/dupes because they're needed for the entire-build..
it's like closing a trophy topic because on my full legit blizzard sorc I use 2 sojs and sojs aren't trophy (they're uniques....)..
By the way dupes are tradable on jsp and recently also socketed uniques are allowed to be traded: but still we cannot post them.. Why?

From the Trophy Room Rules: Main part of posting in this forum is using common sense. Remember that.
If a char posted is a trophy, its topic shouldn't be closed because he wear one unique/dupe item!

New rules should be something like this imo:
If a complete character is shown, it is allowed to post unique/dupes/a5/set items, as long as they are needed to complete a build and they are not the prevalent items on the equipment

Imo you right dre.. voted yes, i think that perfect chars needs prelods mixed with legit rares. Also i think that even if most of these prelods were duped, they still dropped a day legitly ( i suppose they have been duped justly because of their insane stats), so i dont see the point of closing a trophy threat only because there are 1-2 items buped because of that. About the soxed unix i think its true that they are not worth a trophy but still some chars builts needs them for being working (like 110/86 1sojer fber) and i dont have any problem for seeing them in a trophy topic if there are some real insane legit stuff, obv we should all focuse only on rating them.

For example my bvb is full legit but he's using now a pair of prelod duped glovs (wich are way better than any legit pair). Full duped my bvb would be less strong, without the duped glovs he would be also less stronk, combination of these glovs+my legit stuff make my baba real hard.

Also i'll agree with zigaboo about the fact that we wouldn't care much about what jsp think of our posts (they wont duel us ingame).
