I came to this idea when I saw a user in the trading grounds who I remembered as a dubious trader.
He was known as mass unperm seller and now he was selling a lot of perf stuff (pcs 45, 20-5's etc.) as perms. I think there were S/A topics about him but how to find'em (all) ? ^^
Sure you could try to find'em with google but a list of the S/A topics for each user ready to hand @ jsp would be really great.

What's the purpose of this list ? - It shall be a tool to judge for yourself whether you trust a user or not based on his trading history (often you hear something like "known unperm as perm seller -> own fault !" but it was years ago that this user was known for his UaP selling --> especially new users would profit from this list)

That's how it could look like:

Subforum at the Scammer Accusations

Link to the list at the users profile

The list itself - alphabetically arranged

I would vote no..

Only because,
That list is constantly changing, and i dont think we need to view the people on that list as a "rank" above everyone else

Its a good idea.
But i think the list thats in place now works fine

Well, of course there will be always new users/topics added to the list but you just need to add the user/topic, you don't remove anything because it'll stay there as trading history.
Don't know what you mean with that "rank" view :(
If you mean that we should not label them as "bad persons" just because there is/are accusations about them --> in the 4 years I'm at jsp now there wasn't any S/A topic about me, if there are several topics about someone he'll be very likely a dubious trader and deserves to be on the list, but again - the list is just a help to decide for yourself whether you trust a user or not

Have to disagree on your last point :(
The current "list" (it's rather a chaos than a list :P ) only works as a prevention of scams if all the accusations are posted in a very short time frame. If a user decides to start a "scamming tour" and scams as much as he can before he gets locked, the list works for sure because there's a flood of accusations and users will notice that (either they see it themselves at the S/A or other users will link the S/A in the scammers trading topics so others notice it).
But if the scammer is scamming/selling unperms as perms over a huge time (several months and years !) it won't be noticed by the users since they don't see any accusation in the S/A.

If he were handled in the S/A forum, subsequently tagged, and learned his lesson ( as is the intention of the tagging, ofc) then he need not be on any ''Dangerous Offender'' list.

If he repeats his previous offenses, chances are very good that he will be dealt with again, but possibly in a more forceful manner.

Don't need this list IMO
