IMO, this is one of the most frustrating aspects of trying to produce trade threads, especially ones in which you payed for bold/red topic title.
The edit window (the time you have before you can no longer edit your post) for your posts is ridiculously short. Something needs to be changed about this, here's a few ideas:

*Remove the edit window entirely. Why should we not be able to edit posts after a certain amount of time?
*If there's a problem with editing all posts, allow us to edit the original post in the thread. This would help with updating trade threads.
*Greatly increase the time you have to edit a post. This is the least wanted option, but I guess it's better than the current settings.

The ability to edit the OP for a lengthy amount of time would make scams even harder to prove.

You can update in your 4 hour bumps.

Is there no way to log every original post? Seems like a horrible excuse to not be able to edit.

This has been suggested many times and denied.
I doubt the edit timer will be removed or modified.

In the scammer accusations especially the edit function is very much needed.
Also in the trade forums people will need to edit their post if something is sold or when replying to a post instead of early bumping. That results in a topic closure because its a trade violation.

There is a system where if you are above a certain warn percentage you post editting rights are removed.
But this feature will not be removed from members.
