there should be a way to report posts that the topic says one thing then in the actual post, they say that they lied.

There should also be a rule about trolls, and their constant trolling.

Plz report it using the "report" button on the top right of the post - a member of the staff will review the. report/post & take the actions they deam necessary

You could just report it is spam.
