People used to do this all the time. A private message being issued to everyone stating there are changes in the rules would help avoid this. I want restitution for my suspension!

I understand you right? that you got suspended , because you hit the word filter in a pm? There wont be a restitution if you hit the word filter via pm.

Also donations arent against the rules , just begging or asking for donations is against the rules.

You should post questions here next time General Help or explain detailed what your suggestion is please.

You can put something in your signature like "xx/1500 for a namechange" or xx/xx for an orb" etc

Outright "begging" is prohibited and that hasn't changed.

Suspensions can't be reversed for obvious reasons so the only thing to do is move on and now you have a better understanding of the rules to help prevent you from running into this issue again.
