We can't post ''vouch'' topic anywhere here.. so i suggest that we could have one forum where we could post vouch thread, and other people could view it, and post vouch there.

i see that on runescape and on other forums.. there is alot of 2011 users with 10+ posts, it'd be easier to trust them if they had vouch.

this would also prevent any possible scams, just imo.

No since vouches have no definite meaning. It's simply taking someone's word (who you likely don't know nor trust). And it's considered spam.

No. If someone makes 100 or more multis and vouch himself he "become trusted" in community and can scam. Vouches dont mean anything. They are just spam.
