i Cant instal new patch..

This patch upgrades Diablo II Lord of Destruction from version 1.13c to version 1.13d.

ERROR: unable to open archive 'C:\D2PK\d2exp.mpq'

RESULT: Patch failed

and i dont have anymore my cdkey so i cant uninstal.. and re instal d2..
