wouldn't be perfect if we had accounts binded to 2-3ips max with a system who autolock accounts who have been maded with same ip and who are obviously maded to scam, fake vouches or else

or maybe a ip scan system wich auto block 2 accounts who are opens on the same ip at the same time
?
This system woyuld be great if its apply to moderators also; have the bad remember of some years ago some admins had multis 4 scam and fake vouches -_-'( '
