If somebody hates another user he would simply just make a fake accusation.
Getting the one he hates locked.

Too many complications in my opinion.

I think this would be a great idea, but not just on an accusation.

If there seems to be sufficient up-front proof right away then I'd say go through with it till the mods dig deeper you know.

And if i remember correctly, don't users who get locked lose all the FG they had when/if they get unlocked? That would bring up many more problems in association to people just getting others locked.
