If you've ever looked into changing your asp name and find that its taken by a 0 post count, 0 fg, 2002 person and get frustrated because there is nothing you can do this is directed towards you.
My idea is to make a 3 year inactivity cap. 0 posts / 0 fg / locked scammer with no account use in 3 years. I believe these should be deleted to free up names for others to change to. Each name change is 1500fg roughly ~50$. Paul would make more money and more people would be pleased by this. Give me your input guys.

No, this won't happen, and has been suggested several times by people.

Paul will not delete any old accounts for any reason.

It should be implemented and i know its been brought up. Especially since tons of people will name change then put there name on a "mule" asp account -.- . So they can change back later its annoying.

anyway how big is the chance of somebody remembering email acc and pw he used in 2003 on a site where he never logged in

Yeah i agree because even as a 7 year idle it'll still put names at 2004 and early in the chopping block. which I've seen quite a lot (since the site ahd just started up) check it out then leave.
