When you scam someone you get a scammer tag and locked correct



I feel that even if you have scammed someone and repayed you should

keep the scammer tag of some sort ,


for example instead of a scammer tag plain out it should say


Scammer/Repayed


that way we know that your liable to scam again because why should they get a regular tag once again.




This is pretty much telling people on jsp that its ok to scam as long as eventually you pay back your debts

No, they shouldn't. If a Scammer got his tag removed, he or she certainly earned it.

If there is no way to lose the Scammer Tag, there would be no reason in repaying the scam.
Even if the tag would say "Repaid Scammer", nobody wants to trade with a user like that.

The repay and unlock process takes a long enough time already, punishing a scammer forever wouldn't be a fair method.

If you are afraid of being scammed by previously scammer tagged users, simply use a mediator.

Do you know how long it takes to get unlocked?
I've seen people locked for a year or two before they get unlocked
You think people would scam again after waiting a few years to be unlocked?

Usually after a while the good ones will come back and want to be able to use their Fg again so they'll go through the process
This might make people more suspicious of them knowing they had scammed (esp. new users) and they might have a harder time on the site

You should be using a Mediator anyways, that's why they're there

I agree with this.

I think more effort should be put into getting multis locked.
