Going to general chat to find guilds for sale or finding a guild to join is very difficult, it would be much easier if there was a subtopic OR if there was a filter in general chat for "Guilds for sale"

I voted for the filter, because I guess there is no need for an own subtopic as I did many guild transfer mediations in the past and I'd say that there are around 15 to 20 mediations in guild transfer boom times / month, so an own subtopic would not make too much sense, but the filter is

maybe also add an own icon for a guild transfer mediation aswell (as it is in the trading grounds)
