would it be possible to completely remove this delay when responding in your own topic !

It's there to stop spam and from double posting It won't go away.

Voted no, as said above - it's there to stop spam, double posting and to punish abusers. People will always have a tendancy to misbehave online so it's there to inhibit their actions.

No for the same reason as Austin and Secret, More spam=bad. If you can't wait 30 seconds(I mean, sometimes typing the post takes longer than that, especially if you are taking the time to use proper grammar)
then removing the post delay would not be good.
