make a forum where u can talk to meds/trust etc about people bm ur post starting them into spam post etc

ruining the whole point of jsp like pms every day etc we need to do something about this because i get one

person dayly that pms me then blocks me then pm me blocking me mocking and making rude comments and its

annoying i just wanna trade d2jsp etc

A forum like that would get abused very quickly imo. - everyone telling on each other. There's the 'pm' feature to utilize for people spamming your topics or any other harrassment, plus it's discreet.
Simply gather all the threads (of yours) where someone is spamming or flaming and pm it to a Tm or Ta and they'll handle it.

And an open forum where anyone can see 'who you're telling on' would also bring more flame.

So I'd have to say no.. sorry.
