i hit the request removal button and ive been waiting like 3 months even after that and it still hasnt gone away. what i did to get that warn really wasnt that bad.
all i did was spam someones threads because he scammed me for 200fg. i dont understand why its taking so long

The mod who warned you is most likely inactive, normally it only takes a few hours up to a few days.
