so i was doing my 4th baal run and i got disconnected and now I get this message: your connection has been temporarily restricted from this realm. Please try to log in at another time.

its been like 4 hours. what is that?

Either realm down or temp ban.

But next time, if you'd like quicker help you should post in General Help and not Site Suggestions.
