i got 2 40life ele on aug 12 and 16
had them till last night aug 19 when i traded them i had to many after i got a pack deal of 40+ lifers
the guy i sold them to last night pm me after i got off saying they disappeared now im not someone that would keep someone fg
but how do i know if it happen and it wasnt something he did

It's possible he could just be lying about it and is trying to get the fg back. It's also possible that the items were actually unperm.
If he makes an SA against you, you'll be able to defend yourself there.

Yea, it's hard to know if someone's telling the truth about items being unperm or if they're just trying to make ill-gotten profit. And you should try backtracking who you bought them from (history of the charms).

i just checked my druid stash and i do have them
but we traded them lastnight i just pm him saying when he get on let me know

its all set game had failed
he has both 40 lifer
