Exist a programm to automatic ignore the spam bots? :/

No , you can just try to /ignore every single spambot ^^.

this helped me when I didn't want to get whispers from my non-friends

/o ignorewhispers
Ignore whispers from non-friends. ( usefull when in public channels or in a game to avoid messages from bots )
/o ignorepublic
Ignore messages in public channels from non-friends.
/o ignoreprivate
Ignore messages from non-friends in private channels.
