Freedom is a silly word good sir.
See, if you do as you please and say as you please, you are infringing upon the site creators freedom to designate his own area of the internet and have his own rules and policies.
In some way shape or form he is kind of limiting your freedom given that you are on his site, it his kind of within his "rights" to limit them, given that he is sharing his space with you.
However what freedom he is not limiting, is yours to go elsewhere,
