is there a program you can run that tests your diablo 2 characters and tells you what to improve ? or what your missing some one ingame after spanking my hammerdin , Foh'er and auradin told me he used it but never gave me a name :/

I do not know such a program, but even if it existed it was probably a tool that is not suppored by Blizzard therefore a third party program which can not be discussed here.

Your only option is to test them yourself with friends of yours. Outside programs violate Blizzard TOS and are prohibitted to speak of as said above.
