I assume u want to keep this website running for a long time since it probably provide u with a nice revenue stream. So i would like to suggest that you put in place some sort of feed back on controlling your mediators / trusted members. Because there judgement aren't always right and its pissing alot of ppl off. And if u dont care well that is fine but once there is another website that deals more fairly to its regular members this website will be no more. Running a website is like running a store no? Customer service.
