We need more moderators. I've tried to locate moderators for help and I have not been assisted by them for the past two hours. All of the Admins, Senior Moderators, and Moderators are currently offline so they cannot prevent my problem and I do not want my situation to get worse because it easily could if it is not handled.

For most cases, the current system is fine.
If the group that you're trying to contact is currently offline and it's urgent, message someone from another group (preferably higher or corresponding, such as TM to TA); they will do their best to take care of the issue.
