If there was a subforum that was supported by jsp in jsp that allowed a user to loan another user safely (meaning if they dont pay back they get locked).
repaying works like regular loan, with interest. and who the fg is loaned to is based on your own judgement

That's not a good idea at all even if it was supported by jsp, scammers could abuse it anyway.
Not going to happen just like Austin said.

By the way: Your current signature is WAY too big. You should decrease it immediately --> The entire size of your signature shall not exceed 400 pixels wide by 150 pixels high.

There is just too many security issues that come into play with this.
