I have recently began selling Unid anni's on Soft core USWest ladder.
My thread has been closed due to illegal trade. (Thread can be found in the link in my sig).
I realise that this is an illegal trade and last ladder, around christmas last year, I received a private message from another Trusted member of JSP about this but I decided to reopen this ladder.
He said something about not being aloud to do this because scams etc.
I have also noticed that trading accounts/names on diablo 2 has not been made legal on JSP (at your own risk).
I haven't had any problems with trading my annis this way with any members recently.
So, I was wondering if theres any way their can be a rule change on this so that I can sell at my own risk.
Could you please let me know any thoughts/ideas or direct me to the person responsible for these issues.

Many members I have spoke to have had a similar problem.
In my honost opinion I think that trading accounts/names is more likely to get scammed.

Do not trade accounts, characters, or names. (Exceptions: Eve Online, Diablo II)

I used that as an example, I am aware of this.
This thread is regarding making my unid annis (with insurance) and similar trades like this legal at your own risk.

Unid anni trades are legal. So what are you trying to suggest?

As I see it..The entire topic with the exception of 1 post in 2 pages is spam/off-topic & early bumps... The trading grounds are for trading only- all post must be on topic & relative to the trade

Maybe the closing staff member selected the wrong option?

Kindly PM the link to a Trade Moderator & politly ask them to explain Y it was closed for "Illegal Trade", would be ur best option for an answer

All my topics have been closed before and other members with similar topics have also had theirs closed.
As you can see I was also threatened with warn, in the picture i posted in that thread, if I continue selling that way.
This is not a first time.

All right. I got the reason for your thread closures from a member of the mod team. It's a form of gambling, which is not supported and has no business being in the trade forum.
You're allowed to sell unid annis like I said, but these sales pitches are a form of gambling and not allowed.

Won't happen. Gambling will never be supported.
