Let me first clarify, the Scammer Accusation Forum in my experience was ran very professionally and the mediators/mods involved are very helpful and friendly. I have nothing against them, nor the way they do their business. What I do have a problem with is the results of each case. Take my most recent one for example I was scammed out of FG when I was supposed to do a very simple trade. I give FG they give me a couple items - never had a problem and I've done over 200+ trades in only a couple months. Needless to say this time I never got the items after I sent the FG. I posted in the thread and it was dealt with very quickly, HOWEVER, here's where things get iffy. The person who scanned me was obviously a 2011 who also scammed a few other people after me. He is now "locked" but to what extent. By the time he was locked he had no FG, so he either transferred it to a different account or spent it. Now, when I made the thread they PMed him saying he has a thread on him, which is just helpful to him. He realizes he is going to get caught soon so he spends/hides the FG quickly and leaves the account. This guy may never know if he has a locked tag because now that he scammed a few people and got free FG/items he can just make another account. Now what pisses me off the most is - I get no compensation. So the money I donated to the site, a decent amount, is gone to waste. I get scammed and some guys multi account gets locked - well la-di-fucking-da. I bet he already has another account and he's already scammed more people. The way this seems to me is it's MUCH more smart to just make a couple multi accounts, scam a few people and get free items. I mean I'd rather just get free shit than spend $$ if I can, which it is evidently very easily done. Which begs the question - this is the way you treat your donors? I spend my money and get scammed and I receive nothing. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me - I have no desire to donate again because whose to say I won't get scammed again. Bam, money down the drain I got nothing for it.

So, JSP I ask you - Scammer Accusation Forum... Epic fail?

Possible solutions
-Reimbursement
-IP Ban scammers: We have plenty of members on jsp, why do you want scammers running around here?

If he sent the FG to another of his accounts it will also get locked while they sort it out

Multiple accounts suffer the same punishment... Locked/banned/disabled

IP bans are used when an account gets banned... Any further account making from there will also get banned

I'm sorry about ur FG... Unfortunitly the only way to get reimbursment is if the Scammer pays back his scams... Reimbursment won't be givin... That's the reason there's Mediators

To avoid this problem in the future... Trade safe, Use a Mediator

The fact that you make the decisions yourself, to give or not to give first, is enough for them not to "reimburse" your gold.

Nobody is forcing you to:

not to use a mediator
give first
use forumgold or buy it

Everyone should realize pretty soon that the fg trading is not safe without a mediator Oo
You willingly take the risk, you know.
