That way when new users post trade topics, I can say "PM @NJAGUAR he was iso this 30mins ago" and njaguar can get spammed with tagged notifications.
It'll be an ultimate troll tool.

But srsly, I think it would be nice to have this function. Besides the trolling part, you can tag people that you mention for example:

Vouches
trades
legit services, etc
