My suggestion is to have an anonymous post

So it could be like a regular post, with all the regular posting rights, but have a checkbox, like with "Track My Post" and "Disable Emoticons" where you can check it and your post would be anonymous.
By anonymous I mean that the username could be "Anonymous" and have none of your forum gold, post count, or anything like that.

Moderators would probably still be able to see who it is. Even if someone posts something inappropriate, or anything of the sort, if the post gets reported whoever is reviewing the report should be able to see who it actually was.

I really don't see the need of posting anonymously on a trading website. The only reason it would be viable if it had nothing to do with the Trading parts of the forums and the staff team could see who the person is(Which of course this would be mandatory for this to even work)

I really don't see why anyone would want to post anonymously though. There is no real reason anyone should need to. If it is something like a Multi report, you can ask a Trusted/Med+ to add it up, otherwise there is no reason.
