Just like the Diablo II sections, I think it would be a good idea to input a search bar on the Scammer Accusations Forum. This way, if you are unsure about someone, you can just search his/her name.

Pros

Publicly keep track of scammers.
People can be more cautious.
Possibility of less Scammer Accusation Threads (Due to people being aware of known scammers after a quick search.)

Cons:

None that I can think of.

This is one hell of a great idea imo.
Always possible to still use a mediator though, but ya this couldn't possibly hurt to have implemented and is imo very usefull.

Thanks :) I've actually visited the S/A forums a few times looking for a search bar. Never actually have been scammed, but I'm sure it could save a few people.

just use mediator or stop trade simple.
