Should the rules be followed by everyone?
I have done some checking around and have noticed something that truly bothers me.
People who get warn for doing things against the rules like personal attacks,
posting nudity, talking about bots and scams etc.. get their 10% warn and it is removed
promptly in 30 days, and yet, people who get their warn for annoying someone in the religious forums
get their warn and keep it for half a year or more.

I cant understand how this is congruent with site rules when the rules specifically state that:
The warn removal period varies depending on the number of warnings you have received.

I personally knowl people who have had only one warn in the entire time they have been on this site and those who got it for
annoying someone in the religious forum have all had to wait more than the 30 days it should take for removal, while those that got it for annoying someone
in the general chat or elsewhere on the site had to wait the minimum time and it was promptly removed. Is this equality?

The rules should either be followed as is or should be changed to take into account the difference
in warn removal time for each offense or at least for each different forum. So far this is NOT happening.
If we as members of the site ABSOLUTELY MUST follow the rules as they are stated should the mods not
be held to the same standards. As leaders and role models shouldnt they be an example of what it is
to be an upstanding member of this site?

If we allow people to change the rules at a whim how are, we as members, to know what is right and what is wrong anymore?

I had this up previously but it got closed for excessive off topic convo. which is ridiculous because there were no off topic posts but w/e.
heres the link to the last one check it out.

Im not sure people are understanding what im trying to do here. yes i am unhappy about what happened to me but I feel this is an actual problem
with this site and it should be addressed. If youre going to post about raging please dont waste your time i will report you for spam. if you have a real
opinion please feel free to post it.

I am trying to get something changed that SHOULD be changed. You cannot say that warn will be removed based on amount received and then deny
someone with minimum warn just because of where they received it. Either change the rules to suit this, or follow the rules you make. This is a very simple concept.

Interpretation of rule violations is up to the sole discretion of the d2jsp Staff. If something is borderline, such content or behavior is strongly discouraged.

Like it or not, we do not own this site. We merely come here, enjoy the best trading on the Internet, and possibly donate for these privileges.

To make and/or enforce any rules of any kind are at the sole discretion of Paul, the moderating staff, and so on. I accept that my opinion means little to nothing, and just try not to get on anyone's bad side. Learn to bite your tongue, even though it is the Internet.

unfortunately the rule on this is not one that leaves room for interpretation. it is very cut and dry. please let me direct you to it so that you may review it, this may help you in the future.

If you still have trouble after this, please feel free to contact me and I will go over the rules on this with you.

I am not discussing my behavior, merely discussing a problem with the rules and requesting they be changed to
reflect what is actually happening, not what they say is SUPPOSED to happen.
