Was thinking maybe for like 1,000fg each guild can have a guild topic that never runs out of pages/no post limit. It's pretty expensive to pay 250fg for 25 more posts, and having to keep going back and deleting old posts.

Price could vary, but the idea the same. Let me know your thoughts!

Absolutely agree. Back when we had guild chat threads, the guild's entire history was saved in the GC. It's a shame we can't do that anymore.

Unlimited post count would completely eliminate the entire point of getting rid of guild chats in the first place. They were taking up too much space on the servers.
Most guilds maybe have a post limit of 250 nowadays, whereas the former guild chats would hit 30k posts EASILY...
This keeps extraneous data from clogging up the JSP server and slowing things down.

Things are fine the way they are, if you want a bigger post size then just upgrade it but I personally don't see the need.

yah that is pretty much why this suggestion won't be added, it was like this in the past and flooded the server
