Right now it stands that for someone to receive a scammer tag, the victim must lose something of any value.

If someone catches another user attempting to scam, mediators dont care.

If you get scammed in order to get the person locked.scammer tagged, you dont get refunded by jsp no matter what.




Now lets go to a real life situation (even though jsp is a real life business and should follow the laws).

Someone is caught attempting to steal a car. The car is not stolen yet, but the person gets caught, arrested, and charged. The owner of the car did not lose the car as the perpetrator was caught in the act.

Apply jsp rules to this life situation. The perpetrator is let off the hook everytime he is caught trying to until he actually drives off in the stolen car, and the owner of the car possibly never sees it again.

But looking into the future and saying he was going to scam me..
I think we have enough s/a's already they dont look at.

in my case alone, the user had multiple welches already up for him. He lied via pm and i could prove the lie beyond a shadow of a doubt. He used someone else's gold logs as his own. He then used his real gold logs but altered the dates of fg transactions. I can prove 100% he altered them.

If you want to review the whole case id be happy to pm you all the info and you can decide.

Poker has always been corrupted - everybody just wants a quick buck. Even mediators in that area have scammed mass fg. Not all are bad, just saying... shit happens.

i mean if he had multiple welches and wasnt already locked its pretty clear mods dont give a shit and hes going to do as he pleases until he is locked. its been left up to the users to police themselves here hence the greasemonkey scripts.

its pretty well known that loans + bar and pub section is a huge scam anyway
