Currently, if you get scammer tags and repay, wait the year or whatever of following rules, helping etc, you get your rights back.
I think that the rights should be the same, but the big red scammer tag shouldn't be removed. Because if you scam once you're more likely to scam again. If you keep that tag people can be more wary of you. This could help the people who were not around when the person was tagged.

If there is no way to get rid of a scammer tag there would not really be a point in repaying a scam (except ethical reasons).
Nobody would trade with a user who has a scammer tag and who repaid.

People can change after noticing they did a mistake. Punishing someone forever for a mistake is not really a good way.

And to be sure while trading simply trade with a mediator.

No, if the scammer has repayed, I highly doubt they will scam.
If they REALLY want to continue scamming, they will probably buy another account and multi.

If someone takes the time to repay, it's unlikely they will scam.

My point was they would get unlocked so they could still use fg, have pms back, orb back etc just they would still be known as a scammer.

People change.... Members that have been tagged & did the right things (paid back there scams, helped out the site & proved to the site that they deserved a 2nd chance)

Shouldn't continue to be punished for a mistake they made in the past & served there time & made the effort to change there ways
