I think they should get rid of being able to sell character names in the Diablo II forums.
Reasons:
increases Name botters
Easily able to Scam a user
Makes for spam threads (ie. users posting they have the name.)
and many more

Voted no, because I don't like it. it should be prohibited.

Its allowed but not supported so it doesnt matter it's all at your own risk.

There is no way to make it secure. As soon as someone advertises a name, anyone who wants it would be botting for days. Even if a med keeps the time of the transfer secret, many people could still be botting for the name.

Also no way to prove if someone scammed you, as the botter situation makes it impossible

meds don't handle these kinds of trades..
