Since "Locked" tag or Warnings % doesnt stop all the spammers in the trade forum topics there should be a "Manage Block List" like in the Message box
So you can block them from entering or writing in your topic or even see the topic at all.
Reporting them all is not so helpful since they are undercovered multis or just registered here for ruining others time.
They might get a suspension and warning or "Locked" tag or whatever but they still coming back afterwards.

People pay for their topics and others ruin them by spamming.

This has been suggested before afaik and denied. It can be abused.

Abused how?
Would take a lot of time to block them all just for fun?
Maybe could be 5 fg paid extra like the bold/red etc?

I think it has been suggested before to try to block out people from topics but I don't think it's possible
