Heres another suggestion:
This could be only for the moment, but with so many people on the d2 trading forums, especially on the us east ladder (close to 700), the speed that people make new threads will push yours out of the first page in seconds..
It should be a good idea to increase the threads shown per page, like to say 100 instead of 50, because most people just refresh the page to look for new trades and/or items!
