Of course, but:
What will you choose: Overflooded trade-forums (with only meaningless off-topics)
Or a spam-forum: that you will never even browse cuz you're not a spammer!?

and if they get themself a spam-forum then if they spam in another forum they will get 10% warn, cuz they allready got a place to spam!

Overflooded trade-forums.
With a spam forum, the trade forums would probably be spammed more, because people will get the idea that spam is encouraged.

Exactly. And it's -quote ''letting spammers win''. Easier just to discipline them or ban 'em.

Not if they recieve 10% warn for posting one single spam in trade-forum...
Too many ppl got their topics locked.
(I would say about 50-75% of all users Knows that spam isnt allowed in this forum
Because they got their topic closed due to spam!)

So with a Spam-forum where it is Clear rules that "Any spam outside this forum will be given 10% warn"...

hmmm, maybe a lot of work, but still.... There are too much spam in trade-forums!

Do you honestly think that spammers care about their warn?
Most spammers have multi's too...
