There are many scammers out there, with their multis, with lasting accusations against them, and they STILL havent been locked yet, possibly due to donor-dog statuses, mod friendship, lack of evidence from the accused, or just plain luck. The search box in the S/A forum will help us to identify these bastards, and make them play fair in a trade.

This is why the search box could revolutionise trading.

Assume that you're leading in a current offer, in a big trade, with someone you don't know... he has more posts, earlier joindates etc, but something still looks suspicious
you type the guy's username into the S/A forum search box, and you find an accusation against him made by another user, of "selling unperm as perm"
read the evidence within this accusation, and make your verdict on this trader
you should then use this accusation, in order to make him give first in the trade. Scam avoided.

what do you guys think about this?

Why don't you just assume everybody is a scammer and use a mediator like a smart person?

I think it's just a waste of time for the researcher and space in the SA forum as not every SA is true nor every locked/scammer tagged member is actually a scammer or bad person. If you don't trust someone then don't trade with them or use a mediator, simple.

Also for personal trades you may have in the future bud, don't use join date, post count, fg amount, vouches, or anything like that to determine how trustworthy a person is because all of those factors mean nothing. Hope you have good and sucessful trades in the future though :)
