hardly anybody uses the instant messger, and I believe its a waste of server space. Remove it and add something else that would be useful for jsp

Even though I hardly use it I voted No I seriously doubt Paul's gonna get rid of D2jsp Instant Messenger especially when some guild owners paid fg for a guild chat and when he probably spent a ton of time updating it and stuff.
