I'm not sure if this has ever been suggested or not. I tried to look but it was hard to search for.

I think this would be very helpful to guild leaders. I find myself posting things in the guild topics for example, free grushes, free items, but only a few members use it. It would be awesome if guild leaders (and whatever ranks they give permission to) could send a mass PM to all of their guild members or a select few. Could just have the member list pop up with little check boxes next to the names so you could check off who the PM is going to.

Been suggested like 20 times already.

I don't see it happening. Use a guild notebox if you want to reach all your members.
