If you look in s/a 70% from topics are about ppl who sell unperm as perm. After my opinion site must have a "shame" list cause if u take unperm item as perm you will never have enought prooves to lock that user.

Need opinions/help. Tyvm

voted yes because imo it'd be good, but judging by the way this site usually works, to make something like this work, it'd have to be more like an unofficial list, kinda like the poker forum has done, and even then the level of proof required to prevent just blindly screwing over sellers because someone doesnt like them. very hard to judge criteria

voted yes, but its same ol' song, u never can proof 100% if item is perm oder not, neither if its poofed or if user just changed vs unperm, i guess random xxxx user sold me unperm as perm topic will flood jsp after, just to drag reputation of this user down and getting fg back.

One can't prove it and get the seller locked so you want to prove it and get him listed which is equally impossible?

As monze said if you don't have enough proof to lock the user, what will justify as enough proof for this "shame list"? In retrospect, if you are able to add them to this shame list, with proper proof, that you are trying to integrate there would be no need for this list as the user should just get locked right?

unfortunately perm item's are a double edged sword. If your sold uap you loose your items, on the flip side if you sell a perm and someone want's there fg back they can say it poofed and threaten to ruin your reputation.

at the end the only real way is to only buy poofable item's from someone who is trusty -AND- be careful who you sell to

I think it might hurt some of the people who aren't rich/well known but honest get screwed over by someone looking to take advantage of the position.

I'm not well known and it would suck to argue if something was perm or not and in the end have to give the item and fg to fix my reputation.

All because someone with more friends to "vouch" I sold an unperm item who are more known than I.

If there is no proof that the user actually did it? So people will be added to a list just because someone else said so? This is not going to happen.
