Seriously, just imagine all the fake accusations that would pop up if free FG was the reward for it!
IMO it's fine the way it is now. Plus it happens quite often that a scammer decides to repay his victims.

I'm sorry for your loss, but potentially flooding the S/A with fake accusations allover is not the solution.
Requesting a Mediator for all of your trades however is a solution. It's the only way to trade 100% safe.

So your saying people get locked when they are innocent and mods aren't doing their job right in the first place? I had 100% proof and I lost the fg and it sucks hard 4100fg is a lot of fg

This has been suggested many times and it is never applied because it wouldnt work.

I understand your upset about being scammed i have been scammed in the past myself and it sucks but that is no reason to change a system that works for a system that could possibly open up more problems then it would solve.

Also you said that if someone is locked they should auto repay the fg they scammed. What if the thing they scammed was a D2 item for example. How would the site be able to make someone give back a D2 item?

I understand your idea but it just wouldnt work. Use a Mediator and you will never have to worry about being scammed.
