Hello Eveyone! Well i thought id share my new idea yes its a big one but nothing that cant be done!.

So iv been thinking about this for a while now oh id say about a month. and so i was praying to the Lord, please help me come up with some new ideas for the christian fellowship forum

so i got this feeling hey! y not have a bible program added to the forum. as most of you may know i help out in the- christian fellowship forum as many others do we have are daily words and people that can be added to

the prayer list to pray for others needs, some of you may ask y? y have a bible when you can google anything you need? well i would love to see this come to past because im always in that forum most of my time im on jsp, and
would be right at my finger tips. :]

it would make it easier and faster to just click the forum and bam ur bible is right there and also most of the time you have to pay for the bible programs any way.

ok here is my idea i came up with remember these are just EXAMPLES: Not saying the program would look like this.

I voted no and I could bring up several reasons why , the main reason being that having a d2jsp bible would be discriminating against users who believe in other religions. (only having a bible and not the koran and w/e religious people believe in)

And besides, shouldn't every christian have atleast one bible? Having one here aswell sounds REALLY unecessary.

yes sir i own a bible more then 1 :] but it would make it easier for i my self and others and we could have everything in one place. :]

I agree with this, it's one thing to have a place for like-minded people to gather and share their thoughts, but d2jsp has always prided itself on being an independent, diverse community. Any site-endorsed propaganda would remove that status as the site would officially become a Christian forum. There is nothing wrong with members from the Christian Fellowship forum sharing verses from their own bible in a post, but I don't like the idea of the site advertising them.

Then you are just inviting a larger community of christians to a video game forum?

What is the point of that? Wouldn't it just be better to go to an ACTUAL Christian forum and spread the Good Word over there rather than on a site full of trolls and video game spawns like myself?

I think adding a Christian Sub-forum was good enough. As it is those people BARELY donate or contribute to the business that is D2JSP. There is no real reason to support a Bible section in the CF sub-forum and it would just be a lot more hard work for Paul to do where he could be improving the rest of the site that 99% of the users/multis use anyways!

No, because as it stands it's not far the to the rest of the worlds religions to only list one and not allow the others.
