Hey, is ist possible to recieve an Email when somebody pms me or writes in my topic?

An email for each pm / post in a topic?
In the begining this might be usefull if you are "new" on d2jsp, but later on, when you begin to trade a lot, this will only cause spam in your inbox and will be annoying.
There are other reasons why this is not a good feature, too many other reasons.

However, you can logon Instant Messenger - http://forums.d2jsp.org/dim.php which will give you a "beep" everytime someone sends you a pm, you can of course turn this off in the settings.
It will also notify you with a "beep" each friend request, everytime someone sends gold to you, etc.

And for the posts in the topic, you can use the topic tracker - http://forums.d2jsp.org/track.php
It's pretty handy to use, and very easy. Just track your topic(s) and you can easily check if someone has replied in a topic of yours in the "Topic Tracker".
