I'm not sure if this is a new idea or not, but here it goes,

As we all know there has been countless scams posted in the s/a forum about people selling uap (unperm as perm) to other users and those users who get scammed usually never get anything back after what's said and done.

To put an end to the drama, I propose that there is NO trading or making topics of unperm items you have for trade or you are looking for.

As I know this won't stop scamming completley, it should cut it down a bit and make it easier for the people working the s/a and keep others from getting scammed more often.

This is a bad idea.. those who chose to put that the items they are selling unperm is a GOOD THING.. not being able to put that your item is unperm will just create more confusion and more scam opportunities, therefore.. this idea is shit.

If you honestly feel that banning the selling of unperm items will actually decrease a lot of scams then your nuts, those who wish to have un-tarnished rep will sell there unperm items as unperm.. there will always be unperm items that will be traded and bought no matter what the restrictions on this site(or your suggestion) may imply, there already are restrictions of having the word unperm in your topic title but theres still many ways around it, and many people still want to buy and or sell unperm items. Taking away the ability to directly label your items as unperms will only create a larger amount of confusion between the buyer and seller since he will not be able to properly label his items/thread. With that being said, even if this did limit the amount of unperm items sold throughout the site there would still be a relatively easy way to obtain unperm items and sell them as legit which would more than likely happen more often because of the fact that they cannot label them as unperms.
